SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping
Shipping costs are either actual cost based or flat-rate depending on product. Customer is responsible for any and all duties and taxes or customs fees that may result from an international shipment. Please understand and anticipate these fees for your specific shipment prior to ordering as we cannot assist in a case-by-case basis.
Most items are shipped same day but 1-3 business days may be required fulfill some orders.
Shipping Damage, Errors, or Missing Parts
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. Keep the original shipping packaging and all damaged parts. If any discrepancies are found, please call immediately to resolve the situation. We are unable to replace lost or damage parts reported more than one week (7 calendar days) from the delivery date. In the event a shipping error or shortage did occur. We will cover the shipping costs to and from the original shipping destination and for the original service level, i.e. ground, next day air, etc.
International or Special Case Shipping
Contact us directly for any shipping cases outside of the 48 contiguous United States for special instructions.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns are subject to the following policy:

New or unopened items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay return shipping costs if a return is a result of our error.

You must be the original purchaser and have a copy of the invoice or the invoice number.

All items returned must have all components and be in the original packaging.

Special Order items cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling costs are not covered if return is not a result of our error.

All returns are subject to applicable restocking (20%) and credit card fees.

Please allow up to 30 days for all returns to process and reimbursement.
Returns are handled through the Contact Us portion of the website. Please provide your order number and a description of the issue so we can accurately address the situation.
Cancellations
In stock products ship same-day in most cases so there are no cancellations after 30 minutes of the order submission. Any cancellation is subject to a 6% service fee to cover processing and handling. Any questions you have should be clarified, prior to order, with us directly at 928-606-9154.
Product Warranty
Orikawa can only warranty products as far as our material and workmanship. Any issues arising from installation, use or misuse, user error, or wear are not covered under warranty expressed or implied. Please fully understand the application for the product and the installation commitments prior to ordering. However, ANY issues with our products warrant our direct involvement in the solution. Kindly contact us, describe any troubles, and we can work together to ensure ORIKAWA products increase functionality and enjoyment of your vehicle, not hinder it.
Modifications of your vehicle in order to improve performance using the parts sold by ORIKAWA can result in dangerous situations that may result in bodily harm. The buyer hereby assumes any and all risks associated with any such modifications and fabrication. ORIKAWA will not accept any responsibility for personal injury or property damage arising from the failure of any parts manufactured or sold by ORIKAWA.
